Last Saturday, some students took time off from studying to benefit a great cause- the first ever Grenada Surf Contest, benefiting the SGU Orphanage Student Organization. The contest was held at a surf break called Cherry Hill located just north of the city of St. George's. It was organized by one of Dave's close friends and classmates, Craig. It was a really fun day, and it was great to see so many people out to support the cause, both locals and students. Dave surfed great and won second place...yeah!! Here are a few shots from the day:
